This series contains folders with general correspondence, pamphlets, and lists of books sold at book fairs ranging from 1981 to 2007. The series also includes organizational correspondence from the California Book Fair of 1974, in which the Weinsteins were partly responsible for arranging.

This subseries contains a wide variety of material on different topics, such as bindery accounts, magazine articles, papers about the Weinsteins, information about the Place des Antiquares, and other files.

This subseries contains prints, negatives, and illustrations; most negatives are of books and artwork depicted in Heritage Bookshop catalogs or of books published through the Heritage Book Shop. Also included are various pieces of catalog art and illustrations on CD-ROMs.

This subseries contains correspondence of various types, including client correspondence, client inquiries, correspondence related to membership and leadership roles in the ABA (American Booksellers Association) and ABAA, joint sales correspondence, interest queries, appraisals, and financial correspondence. Joint sales correspondence includes letters to and from the Heritage Book Shop and other booksellers with whom they sold books jointly, including Kenneth Rendell.
