This subseries contains invoices for items sold by the Heritage Book Shop to other bookstores, libraries, universities, and individuals. The subseries also contains folders of consignment sale invoices, invoices from joint sales with E. Joseph Bookseller and James Cummins Bookseller, and other invoices. Not all years have a complete range of alphabetical files, and a few years are missing.

This series contains folders with general correspondence, pamphlets, and lists of books sold at book fairs ranging from 1981 to 2007. The series also includes organizational correspondence from the California Book Fair of 1974, in which the Weinsteins were partly responsible for arranging.
