Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of the personal diaries, datebooks, and correspondence of Henry H. Evans, the founder of the Peregrine Press. Journals included here date from approximately 1970 until 1974. Datebooks and correspondence date from the 1960s until approximately 1974. The items included in this collection were given to the Clark Library by Evans with the stipulation that, because of their personal content, they be restricted to research for 25 years after his death.
