folder with correspondence and other material from John Lowenthal (RHP’s lawyer, agent). It includes a letter from Anne Lowenthal (Lowenthal’s wife) to Jeremy Popkin (RHP’s son) dated on April 2007 in which she says that she is sending this file to Jeremy. Hence, this material should be considered a file on Lowenthal’s hands until it was transmitted to become part of the Popkin Papers.
