Autograph album presented to Guendolen Savage-Armstrong by the inmates of Ward A at the Richmond Military Hospital in 1917. Nearly all entries are dated from January and February of that year and consist of short verses, notes and some comic drawings by the soldiers apparently under her care in her role as a nurse.
