This series contains materials related to club events and meetings, especially printed meeting announcements sent to members as well as official minutes from general meetings, Board of Governors meetings, and joint Zamorano-Roxburghe meetings. Also included are materials about special events, such as anniversary celebrations and other special programs.

This series contains printed brochures, invitations, and annoucements of Zamorano club activities as well as specially printed keepsakes issued for these events. It also contains the drafts, correspondences, and copies of the club's published projects. Keepsakes included her consist of those issued for Zamorano Club meetings and those issued for joint meetings with the Roxburghe Club of San Francisco.
