Scope and Contents
This series contains material related to or produced by members of the Troubridge and Gurney families, particularly the siblings and parents of Laura Troubridge Hope. The majority of material in this series consists of correspondence, diaries and ephemera produced by Laura's sisters Amy Troubridge and Helen Troubridge Bate, and their parents Louisa Gurney Troubridge and Thomas St. Vincent Troubridge. There is also correspondence, clippings, photographs and other documentation related to Una Taylor Troubridge, Daniel Gurney, Lady Anna Maria Cochrane Troubridge and various other members of the family. This may include genealogical research material compiled by Jaqueline Hope-Nicholson, Felix Hope-Nicholson and others.
